Invictus - what a take !!!!

Invictus is a wonderful breathetaking , entertaining and above all an inspiring movie. This movie is not just about the Rubgy game, it about a nation, a leader whom a group of people believe to lead them in the right and successful path, unity and understanding among oneselves.. Through this aspect, the movie is justifed, you could clearly see the way characters indulge themselves in conveying the message.

I generally feel more excited and happy while watching the game movies.. but this one WOW !!! I cried may be .. let me think..

1.When the caption of the team suits himself in the prison room of Nelson Mandela and see the vision of the current president of the nation once working hard to break the stones and could see the vision of looking through his eyes and say:
"I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
I am the master of my fate
I am the captain of my soul."

2. When the captain of the team Matt Damon, brings up his team together in the field and says, " this is it .. look into my eyes ....listen to our nation .. our country needs us ... "

3.In the end... when once again in the back ground i hear the same words : " Im the master of my Fate .. I m the captain of my soul .. "

Morgan Freeman, once again showed us all what he is .. the way he portraits himself in the role and the way he tries to convenience people what needs from them and in the end gets them back .. was shot excellently.
Ofcourse Matt Damon justifies the role of Pienaar , every moment on the screen you can see, how he understands what the president needs from him and conveniences his own people to do something for the nation and proves his leadership..

Clint Eastwood made an another click which covers every aspect of a nation. Right from thoughts of  the President who should lead the nation to a slum boy who craves to see the game and get along with his group of friends who doesn't like Rugby. He could capture every minute part from poverty to criticism both taken accepted and won in a nation like South Africa. One other thing I observed and liked in the movie is the major leaders understanding , accepting and leading all others to change which is required in day-to-day life. All these aspects made it a marvelous click.

Overall I would say, everyone should get out of their house and feel this movie by themselves, every bit of it.
Believe me you will be happy, sad and realizing in the end and will believe that team work does change lifes :)
and sometimes you should expect more from ourselves no matter what we are .. and finally clap when you see Clint Eastwood in the crowd cheering for the team :)

The Blind Side

Well generally, while I watch any sport related movies .. I expect action a lot  ( In terms of ball play etc etc ). But this movie is totally different, which concentrates more on the characters in the movie.
I never expected Sandra Bullock to perform such well .. she just drives everyone in to her role. The natureof her character , rich, dominant kind and above all understanding is well shown in the entire movie.

Micheal oher , the football player, I never knew that this kid is a homeless kid and a kind family took care of him. The actor who played the role, dispayed all the emotions, drama and above all displayed his unwillingness to study and mingle with other kids was shot wonderfully ..

I liked the movie overall , one being appreciting the role of Sandra Bullock and other being, recognizing an individual helping him out to understand his ability and making him an individual who the entire US admires ..
One other I loved the most is taking the guts to shoot this movie when all the real life characters are alive and recognizing them as good and kind individuals. There are 100 's of people who need to be appreciated for all the good things they do to the mankind .. and this is one way of doing this and I thank the director for believing his guts to shoot this kind of a movie ...

I will wrap up all my above thing with more than 8/10 rating to the movie and all the people out there keep rocking !!! :)

A trip to Miami and Florida Keys

This Thanksgiving I spent the most wonderful time. I was scared that I mightnot enjoy the brighter sunshine of Florida due to all the storms and hurricanes, but believe me the weatherman always gets it wrong :)

I had a trip to Miami and Keywest this time. Even though this is my second time, I still feel it refreshing and suprisingly more entertaining.

The beautiful beaches of white sand , a sunset view and the feeling that you are in the southernmost part of The USA and just 90 miles away from cuba ... ohh thats a wonderful feeling right :) yeah I know .. I love that ..

Key West: - A wonderful drive and a thrilling experience in water.

I always wonder what people in Florida keys would do for their living .. the entire drive is through small islands and very small towns not more than 2000 people living in their. And the other thing which astonished me most is that (believe me or not) you will cross 42 (both short and long) bridges to reach the end point of USA- Key West.
Things you might want to do:

• As its the dream of most people to take a picture, standing at the southernmost point of USA :) ..  I accept this is crazy but I promise you , its the most wonderful experience, you have a tall guy about 6.2 feet on the edge of the ocean and you just have to stand there and feel it :), and I almost forgot, there is a southernmost house thats just adjacent to this tomb and have the ocean as the side wall and yes people live there .. they always enjoy the music of waves and the beautiful sunset from their balconies alone..
• As most of us are water lovers, you can plan on enjoying all the water sports. Skydiving, jet ski ,kayaking and if you are interested fishing. There are some tours managed by the local bodies and I would say thats the better way to enjoy things in key west.
• The one thing which you never want to miss and want to see once in your life is the keywest sunset. You just cant see all the beautiful colors and the mix of safforn,reb,blue and dark yellow in the sky. Its a wonderful expeience to just watch the sun godown sitting by ocean bed. I just cant explain that in words, you should just experience that

Miami -  Welcome to the land of paradise :)
As everyone knows one of the best partying city in entire USA. What I liked the most is the night life of Miami. take a stroll along the 15,16,17 Lincoln streets during the night you will see all the cultures of most parts of the world. I would say to go out with a empty stomach and you will have tons of diners with different tastes and cultures available to you. I liked Itialian food the other night .. :)

Things you want to do:

• As everyones, South Beach of Miami, the best place for tourist attraction and all along the edge you have pubs,clubs, restuarants what not .. just enjoy a quality time in the beach go change your swim suit to a adorable baby girl dress and get into the club :) haa everyone will love it .. just a way to enjoy life ..and forget somethings .. living life for that moment .. you might just say that this could happen anywhere.. i would say no ..you should just feel it :)
• Port of Miami, theworlds largest cruise ship port and believe me it will never dissapoint you.You have tons of water boat rides which cover the near by 44 islands and its a 2 hour trip. You can see all the bigfish and dolphins ( they say that ) comeby while you are enjoying the ride.. The food is wonderful in there. I tried the carrebian food to be more precise Cuban and yummy I love it .. you wouldnt believe I ate one complete fish .. dear what a food .. I just want to go back there for the same delicous food :)
• Seaquarium , or dolphine harbor has the oldest dolphines in the world and if you are real good swimmer you can swim with dolphins .. yay.. but since I didnt know how to swim, I watched my friends.I enjoyed being here and I m proud to have a look at some of the extint species of water world. They have more than 2000 species of fish and I wonder we could recover all the secrets of acquatic life..
• A driveby to downtown where we have the fast growing skyscappers and all the international banks.

I enjoyed and loved the trip. Its a different life once you are in these places, you come in interaction with different cultures and love to know that the world is so big and confusing :)
