First curry in my blog is .... Capsicum.
Needed:
2 Green Peppers 1 Onion.
4 small size chillies.
Few Black seeds.
2-3 cloves.
Jeera
1 tea Spoon oil.
Normal ingredients: Turmeric, Masala Powder , salt and cilantro.
Cook:
1. Chop onions, chillies, Capsicum and ginger.2. With 1 Teaspoon oil, fried, put in black seeds, Jeera , chopped onions, chiiles and ginger in a pan.
3. Add a bit of Turmeric and salt. Fry until they are gold brown in color.
4. Add the chopped capsicum into the mixer above and cook for few mins. Add 1/4th cup of water in the mixer.Close the lid and let the curry settle for itself.
5. For every 2-4 mins stir the curry until you feel the capsicum is soft and cooked .:)
6. Once done, in the end, add a bit of masala powder and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
